This explains what Motion Heals collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: info@motionheals.co.uk.

What we collect

When you become a member: your first name, email address, and, if you give them, your mobile number and Instagram handle, plus whether you want emails and texts from us. We give you a member number.

When you buy: checkout is run by Shopify. Your order, delivery and payment details go to Shopify and its payment providers, not to this site. See Shopify’s privacy policy.

Your bag and member card are remembered on your own device (browser storage) so they’re there when you come back. They aren’t sent to us.

Why we use it

To give you your member number, to tell you about drops by email or text if you’ve said yes, and to deliver what you order. We don’t sell your details.

Where it’s kept

The members list is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Only Motion Heals can see it.

How long

Until you ask us to remove you, or we stop running the members list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop emails and texts, at any time. Email info@motionheals.co.uk. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
